Description (2950 characters max)
I provide therapy to individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and identity related challenges, as well as those who may see themselves as more sensitive in nature, or diverging from the norm, with a desire for a space to express and explore all that may be happening within themselves within a nurturing environment.
I hold a humanistic, attachment based and trauma-informed therapeutic framework and I often incorporate somatic, mindfulness and IFS (internal family systems) elements into my work with clients. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, as well as folks struggling with suicidal ideation and neurodivergent adults.
I understand that it takes courage to begin therapy and I have a deep respect for my client's openness and curiosity to begin exploring what healing looks like for them. I believe the therapeutic relationship to be essential in the therapeutic process and I value taking the time to get to know my clients as we work together and explore the myriad reasons someone may take a seat in my office.
I always look forward to working collaboratively with my clients as I provide compassion, warmth and unconditional positive regard. I hope that our work together allows room for my clients to explore what it means for them to live most authentically and embodied in their life beyond the symptoms or experiences that may be impacting their day to day lives.
